How to Start a Return

Email info@stellarandstone.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Receive label & instructions: We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 1–2 business days.
Pack items: Pack your items securely in their original packaging (if possible).
Drop off package: Drop off the package using the provided return label.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products should be in their original condition and packaging when possible.
Used items are eligible for return — we understand you need to try a product to know if it works for you.
Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the order.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
You'll get an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@stellarandstone.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item unless we request it.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different product? Start a return as described above, then place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This is the fastest way to get your replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if we haven't shipped them yet. Email us as soon as possible — once an order ships, it needs to go through the return process.
